PER323 Subaru has been parked for almost 3 months on Hadlow Place, on a fire hydrant. Doesn’t belong to anyone living nearby. The back side window is broken, glass everywhere and it still hasn’t moved. Was reported abandoned but because the rego and warrant are valid it’s not considered abandoned (even though the valid rego isn’t showing, one displayed expired in 2024. The car certainly looks abandoned, is illegally parked, and is hazardous with a broken window. Needs to be moved please.
