The reporter’s words

The property at 134a Union St New Brighton has raised the lawn level by filling rubble against the fences and adding topsoil. This has meant the council fence - Alley to Blighs Garden from Union St is bulging, damaged and corroding away, the back fence (Blighs Garden Alleyway) is bulging, palings are deteriorating, and the neighbouring fence is also deteriorating much faster than it normally would. The photos show the state of the fence with the soil banked up, and concrete rubble visible.
