Reported Tuesday, 22 October 2019 at 8:33 am.
The reporter’s words
This verge is over grown and looks terribly scruffy. Would never see this in Sumner come on please mow the lawn. This is on the main bridge into Brighton on the corner of Hawke St and New Brighton Road.
