The reporter’s words

This car has been on the side of the road for the last 12 weeks and the owner refuses to move it. We need this car space because the school gets really busy and if the car is abandoned maybe you need to contact her and tell her to move it immediately or else you’ll tow it and she can incur the costs. She works in the shop across the road and has just left the vehicle there. She has her own garage.
