Numerous occupations of tents, stolen trolleys, alcohol bottles rubbish dumped & human excrement. We counted 4 setups in the public recreational area bordered by Fitzgerald Ave, Stanmore Rd & Harvey Tce. Also 3rd photo is a large occupation of tents & rubbish immediately behind new carpark adjacent to Avebury House @ end of Evelyn Couzens Ave. Visible from River Rd. This area is frequented by lots of recreational users. This occupation is NOT acceptable & out of control
