I logged a ticket 3 weeks ago for a broken lid on my green bin, when it was still half attached. (via the website) it is now completely broken off. can I please get a new lid put in. green waste turns nasty & heavy if it can't be sheltered from the rain Currently on the side of the road after collection, but if it is brought in it will be 3m up my drive, very visible from the sidewalk, and you have my permission to enter the property to carry out green bin repairs
