Playground Equipment
Reported Saturday, 11 July 2026 at 6:51 pm, 35E Light Mood Road, Halswell, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Kennedys landing playground- bark chip level extremely low, inadequate depth and therefore very unsafe fall zone for children given the hight of the equipment. exposed drainage pipes are a tripping hazard exposing how significantly low the bark level is. approx 1 foot below the concrete level throughout. - needs a large amount of back chip delivered to cover drainage pipe and make fall zone from rope climbing equipment/ slide safe depth
