Okay so today I picked up some green-waste on the footpath and saw this green bin. I lifted the lid and found a whole lot of pharmaceuticals in a bag. Details attached. This breaches ethical and moral behaviour. I have since taken the drugs for disposal to a pharmacy. The rest of the waste in the bin was an old sock and lots of uneaten takeaways. The bin has also been left out for longer than 24 hours. It is school holidays and anyone could have lifted the lid and taken these drugs.
