Council Stormwater pipe from marine drive exiting on to access path to private properties with no road access. Has made properties inaccessible over long weekend due to flooding and muffing slippery track. Dangerous and will cause injuries if not attended to immediately. What will it take to get this fixed? ...Someone breaking a limb and lying on track alone? Not fixing this will cause further landslides.
