This is one of three locations on Taylors Avenue which has road cones which have been left behind. there are no further works being undertaken, they seem to have been simply forgotten. This photo corresponds to 23 Taylor's Ave, BUT there are also another two places on Taylors Ave where there are other abandoned road cones (if you continue down the road towards Idris Rd).
