Request for installation on pedestrian refuge island along McFaddens Road. As a busy wide road currently there are only pedestrian friendly points to cross at either end of the road at Cranford and Rutland Street, nothing part way along. Many children and others travelling to/from school take a route via Rutland Reserve requiring them to cross over at some point midway along the road. having a refuge would help to support safer crossings at other points along the road.
