The reporter’s words

The Mimi flooding happens every time it rains. It’s been like this for over 4 years. I’ve been using this app to try and get the problem resolved and no matter what nothing happens. Both sides of the road floods e urine it walks. I’ve counted that only one drain out of 6 is free. It requires a major assessment. The drain cleared three times and it hasn’t fixed the problem. How do we fix this as it will be 5 years of trying next year.
