Street Gutters / Storm Water
Reported Saturday, 25 July 2026 at 11:01 am, 14 Fairfield Avenue, Addington, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This side of the streets ALWAYS floods whenever a small amount of rain begins. The road drains are never maintained and are ALWAYS clogged under the ground. Cars shouldn't have to be parked in a flood due to low maintenance. This isn't fair, especially when MANY people live on this street. PLEASE prioritize this street for drain maintenance. This is how tyres end up cracking due to wet and dry conditions.
