This illegal parking is making it really difficult for Rosewarne Street users getting in and out! We are so sick of these obstructions, WHEN ARE WE GETTING OUR FOOT PATHS BACK?!?!?! ITS BEEN YEARS WITHOUT THEM. This is rediculous!!!!!!!!!!
