Hey council! Why is the new green arrow on the glandovey strowan rossal heaton intersection not in use? I went through months on night works outside my bedroom that kept me up and months of daily works that inconvenienced me going to work. I put it with it as I knew it would be helpful in the future and save me 10+ minutes of waiting to turn. This is ridiculous it should be in use during peak hours of traffic, it seems like wasted money to then not use it.
