Blocked drain pipe. I have shovelled out the sump, but the buried 5 inch pipe black pipe connected to this sump is blocked between here and the corner of Tainui st where it transfers the stormwater to. I have emptied that sump also. Needs water blaster for drain or sucker truck to clear? Cheers Shane
