The reporter’s words
I am at the Witch Hill War Memorial. The council and the contractors did an amazing job of restoring / rebuilding this memorial. The ‘plaster’ in the central seat is cracked and is ‘hollow’ to percussion. It has already started to chip away and I am concerned it might be ignored or accepted as normal. This repair is not urgent.
