Annual reminder time. Ellis track, between Flinders Rd and Port Hills Rd, is becoming a hazard again and needs mowing. I mow the top regularly to keep the seat usable but cannot do more. Every year we are promised it will go on a list, every year it doesn’t. Please sort this out.
