Good morning, I am about to take over the 2 flats at 245 Waterloo Road on Thursday as new owner. The back fence against the reserve is about to fall over and the trees (self sown by the looks) are causing massive shading and damp issues. Could I please meet someone on site to make a plan to sort thanks? Happy to go 50/50 on a new fence (looks like 22m on the title). And hoping to remove the majority of the self seeded natives as they grow back really fast and shade the whole courtyard.
