The builders appear to be placing their own cones in the marked 60-minute public parking spaces directly outside the property after they finish for the day, effectively reserving those parks overnight so that they can remove the cones and park their own utes there when they arrive the following morning for the whole day. These are signposted 60-minute parking spaces intended to provide turnover for customers of the surrounding local businesses,
