The reporter’s words
There are approximately 12 large tags on the Little River Link cycleway between Annex Road and Maryland’s Place. These are not offensive. They are by the same offender who did this last week and these had been removed by Chch city council. Some of this new tagging can be seen in the five photos that I have attached.
