The reporter’s words

The headwall (ID 3743) lid is not covering the whole void so there is large hole present at the corner of properties 32/34 Webb St and the footpath. It is a risk to vehicles, people and pets and also a maintenance issue as stones and rubbish are being blown in. It needs a new lid to block the gap
