The reporter’s words

Hi there We recently had a contractor out at the Cashmere Scout Den on Hackthorne Road to find the isolating valve and we thought we had found it but we have just had the plumber out to change an internal tap which is leaking to find the valve was just a tap. Can we please get someone back to find the isolating valve as we urgently need to change this internal tap and need to turn the water off to do it.
