We have sewer overflowing again at our property. The last time I raised this I was told to engage a plumber to resolve. They told us the blockage was 30m downstream and a council matter to resolve if it happens again. I have requested refund of their invoice and have not had a response from you. Please can you follow up asap and resolve the recurring issue which is in the council main
