Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 13 November 2019 at 9:40 am, 211 Cashmere Rd, Hoon Hay, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I've noticed that the new development opposite Oderings has recently placed cones along Cashmere Road, removing the shoulder. This creates a pinch point for cyclists travelling east who need to share the lane with vehicles, most of which are still travelling at at least 60kmh. It would be good to see some caution signs, speed restrictions and/or provision for space for bikes. Thanks.
