The reporter’s words

this car is parked in the cycleway by the new bridge over brougham Street. it poses a risk as it means cyclists have to use the footpath to access the lights and while its a shared path with the car there its much narrower. there are lots of children using this crossing and this car means you cant see them coming as you approach on a bike
