This massive bill board on colombo street in Beckenham is a problem: 1.light pollution 2.distraction for drivers right on a high risk intersection. 3.jarring contrast to everything that surrounds the site. 4.shining light directly across the road to businesses and residential properties. 5. not aligned with the village vibe. 6. out of proportion to any and all other light fixtures within a 20metre radius.
