Damaged Road
Reported Tuesday, 25 August 2026 at 12:46 pm, 18 Memorial Avenue, Ilam, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
To whom it may concern. The Memorial Avenue roadway (eastern most lane ) between Otara Street and Clyde Road has had failing pavement and sunken water supply and stormwater infrastructure marked out for repair off and on for over 6 years. I know this because I have lived in the area for this length of time and this is also evidenced on Google Streetview if someone wishes to check. How does this happen? Please address ASAP.
