The reporter’s words

This is the view from my bedroom. Not only is this unsightly it is also a health and safety issue. I am particularly concerned that this rubbish may be harboring vermin. Attached photo was taken today. this has been an issue for quite some time. In fact since the previous tenant who was neat and tidy moved out and the new tenant moved in. I really hope you can assist with getting this issue resolved promptly. Thank you.
