The reporter’s words
Builders yesterday made a makeshift Ramp across the gutter using gravel for access to their developing property. the large trucks going over it have broken water pipes down the street and to our property this morning and we have lost water. The pipes have also flooded down the street and gutters are not draining, filling with mud and waste. Builders have also been seen draining waste into the already filled (and not draining) gutters.
