The reporter’s words

At Wainoni Park, near the community center & playground there is a drinking fountain with a button that appears to be stuck on for the drink bottle/dog bowl water outlet. Because it is constantly running, the main drinking fountain tap cannot be used properly. It is also continuously wasting water and may need to be repaired.
