access has a pothole and roading is uneven and in need of updating. now we have cars constantly parked on the footpath hard up against some properties fences so residents are forced to walk on the street instead of the footpath. this is also a restriction for emergency services. there is plenty of parking on the main st. please start ticketing or towing illegally parked vehicles. its a nuisance for the other 8-9 propery owners up this access way trying to get past them all each day
