Advertising sign for a business over 50 Mars away chained to power pole. Wind blows it over onto the road causing a road hazard. sign has been there causing issues for many years, including the lawn mowers contracted to the museum site. Must be by-laws that restricts the use of Advertising signage on roads? primary concern is the hazard to road users.
