Hours after dcws woke the neighbourhood at 11.45 pm and 12.10 am drilling through tarseal near the mall with no prior warning i noticed muddy footpths grassy bald patches where mud had settled and rubbish sitting in drains. This is atypical and likely caused by contractors dcws. Fire prevention ¯ossibly. However it has been sitting there for days and now needs urgent attention. I ran into some small flies. It could become a health hazard. Contact mall mContractors should clean up after themselves
