Hi. I wasn't sure what incident to put this under. For the last few weeks, some one has been parking lots of cars along pages road outside the waterworks. I wasn't sure what to think at first but suddenly they were all parked very close to each other like a car yard parks their cars. Also, a rav 4 was parked outside my house for weeks then it was suddenly moved to an empty lot on Portchester St along with 2 other cars. It looks very suspicious to me. Like some one has found a way to run a car yard with out the yard itself. You might want to look into it?
