The reporter’s words
again the same neighbors are long term parking caravans on the road now for 3 plus weeks. this then means their cars are parked on the turning circle making anyone have a two to three point turn. rubbish trucks, trucks etc cannot turn without backing. 89 landsdowne is a older lady guessing in 90s who has a extremely steep drive way which now has these caravans blocking her roadway. there has already been one accident where their car was hit why are they allowed to park caravans fir extended time periods?
