The reporter’s words

This is the 5th time of reporting this issue with NO action. The drain is blocked with debris. It is a hazard to pedestrians and vehicles. You had a contractor come out and in his wisdom he filled it with concrete........ more debris!!!! He returned and removed the concrete and left this. It pools with water due to the debris and should have been auctioned weeks ago.
