The reporter’s words
Storm water drain in the middle of the footpath is completely full of soil. I pulled 5 plugs of grass out but this did not clear any blockage at all. When there is heavy rain this area fills up with water and now that the new development is about to open it would be good to have clear dry footpaths for the new residents.
