Vandalism with the wall .Someone has been chipping away at the concrete stones and trying to dislodge the round top on the fence. Most of the concrete has been chipped away underneath and it wouldn’t take much to push it off now and. Vandalism all the way along the Stonefence stones have been shipped out.
