Facility - General Request
Reported Tuesday, 15 September 2026 at 8:53 am, Canterbury, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
One of the pictures is of what Jervois St access could look like if it was kept maintained. The other two are currently what is looks like now. Jervois St has been a great access for many of the streets around it for many years and the maintenance has slipped. It’s getting much harder for the older generation in our area to walk over to the beach. I fear if it is not maintained then it will disappear like other paths have. This disconnects the community to their environment around them.
