On Port hills road there is a homeless man living in a tent. My husband drives past early in the morning and often sees him pissing against the fence. I have seen him doing this as well during the day when my children are in the car. It’s disgusting and where exactly is he doing number twos? I complained about him a year or so ago, he was moved on but has returned in a new tent with worse rubbish and conditions. He has to go. It’s unsafe on the busy road and his messy camp site is real eye sore!
