The reporter’s words

when the new meter was installed our Fibre cable was damaged. the Fibre company fixed this with what I think is the box you can see in the photo. the metre box lid at the time was a few mls off closing properly. as you can see it now doesn't close. there is water and mud in the base of the box. cars have driven over it with the lid as is risking damage to the boxes contents. can this please be fixed.
