The reporter’s words

Same disrespectful behaviour from these residents with the parking of commercial vehicles in residential areas. Lastly was pouring diesel out in to the drains now blocking residential driveway. The council can’t tell someone what company vehicle to drive but the can tell rectify this poor repetitive behaviour to the business it concerns via persuasive measures
