Blocked drains at the end of garlands road / aynsley tce. A storm water drain higher up the street by earl street was overflowing during raining and flooding the whole street and pooling at the garlands and aynsley intersection. It got worse than this and flooded out section and right across the road. The drains need sucking out down the whole street
