The reporter’s words

As per the screenshots and photos. As you can see on Thursday between 5:54pm and 6:11pm our neighbours who own 3 and 5 Hidcote place have spray painted what we presume are parking lines on the road. We would like to remain anonymous for this complaint. We know that this is not allowed. Please come back to us with a resolution
