Pavement - General
Reported Sunday, 20 September 2026 at 10:50 pm, Highway 74, Canterbury, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
There are multiple sections of fencing that appear to have been stolen and left small sections of metal concreted into the ground. These are between fanfare and the uphill section over the railway track. Most have been removed but some remain about 100mm above ground and are very unsafe if hit by a cyclist along the bike track.
