The reporter’s words
This old thing appears to have been abandoned where it is. It is forcing pedestrians , mostly school kids and mothers with prams into the busy road to the school. They are unable to use the footpath at all. I have seen very young children in the middle of the road by the main road as they can’t use the footpath. Needs to be moved ASAP.
