Damaged Street Light
Reported Monday, 21 September 2026 at 5:59 pm, Canterbury, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
A cable in a plastic sleeve has come loose on a lighting pole. It is easy for someone to pull it off the pole. There are also exposed wires near the top. When it is windy the plastic bangs against the concrete pole and keeps me awake some nights. It also spooks the neighbour hood dogs at night and they start barking. So it is dangerous and disturbing. Thank you
