My parents live in the retirement village directly across from 25 Bounty St. The residents at 25 Bounty St have a disgraceful property. when they trim the hedge & bushes for their security cameras, they leave the debris on the footpath and it has been a concern for the elderly who are out for walks. How can this be sorted?
