Reported Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 4:46 pm, Sumner, Christchurch 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
theses steps in front of the Scarborough cafe is far to steep for small children and older people.. I suggest a sloping Wooden Ramp be constructed over this portion to provide better less dangerous access. Not a big job. I've been involved in Building for years.
